    • Subject: Data Deletion Request

    • Include your registered email address in the message

  2. Automatic Deletion Process

    • Our system will automatically process your request within 48 hours

    • You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete

Upon verification of your request, we will permanently erase:
 

  • ✓ All shortened URLs and custom aliases

  • ✓ All dynamic QR codes and scan analytics

  • ✓ Bio Pages and all associated content

  • ✓ Click tracking data and geo-location stats

  • ✓ Your profile information and authentication data

  • ✓ All linked Android devices and WhatsApp accounts

  • ✓ Message history and campaign data

 
 

⚠️ Important Notice

  • Data deletion is irreversible - Once deleted, data cannot be recovered

  • The 48-hour processing period allows for request verification and security checks

  • Certain anonymized statistical data may be retained for legal compliance but will not be linked to your identity
