  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or the accounts of others.

  • Use our services to spam or send unsolicited commercial communications.

  • Reverse engineer or attempt to derive the source code of the platform.

4. Content Ownership

  • Your Content: You retain ownership of the data and content you upload or link via our QR codes. You grant us a non-exclusive license to host and display this content solely to provide the service.

  • Our Intellectual Property: All software, design, logos, and branding associated with Lynomia are the exclusive property of Lynomia and its affiliates.

5. Service Availability and Modifications

  • We aim to keep our services running smoothly; however, we do not guarantee 100% uptime.

  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lynomia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, our services. We are not responsible for the content that users link to within their QR codes.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms of Service.
